Terms of Use

  

1. Business members agree to perform business duties with high integrity and to be fair to all parties concerned.  Members agree that we are all held to a higher standard and represent the Kingdom in all that we do.
2. The Ripple Effects requires that all business members provide a giving statement from their local member church to show their commitment to the local church and the church’s mission.
3. Being listed in the business directory is in no way an indication that the church, the church staff, members of the church, or The Ripple Effects, LLC are endorsing or recommending any business.
4. The business member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the churches, church staff, and the church members represented on The Ripple Effects website and The Ripple Effects, LLC from any loss, liability, damage or cost that may arise out of the use of the directory and or services or products provided by the business or acts, errors, or omissions by the business or representatives of the business.
5. The Ripple Effects reserves the right to reject or remove a business listing at any time.  If the listing is rejected and already paid a full refund will be given.  If a listing is removed a pro-rated refund will be given.
6. Your membership can be cancelled at anytime.  You will be given a pro-rata refund from the date of the cancellation through the end of your 12 month term.  Please allow 2 -3 weeks for processing.  The written request for cancellation can be sent to support@therippleeffects.com or to 15270 W Brookside Lane Ste 125 Surprise AZ 85374.  The company phone number is 623-207-9857.
